Description
The SP230-S5 802.11ac Wave 2 2x2 dual band outdoor access point provides a data rate of up to 1.1Gbps. Built in high transmit power for superior Wi-Fi coverage.
SP230-S5 as an outdoor wireless AP can operate in point to point, bridge & coverage modes. Based on 802.11ac Wave 2 technology, throughput is up to 1,167Mbps. With built-in high gain antennas & ERIP 38dBm, its coverage can be 400 meters & transmit over 6KM for video streaming at PTP mode.
It extends transmission for longer distance with reliability. It features low power consumption (<12W) & equipped with a PoE out capability that not only enables cost-effective deployment to applications such as surveillance but also solves the problem of labor shortage for equipment maintenance, speeding up network penetration.
Moreover, MU-MIMO technology maximizes throughput for high-density applications. With robust design of wide operating temperature, surge protection, IP67 rating, wind level 14 certificated & passed salt spray test, it can withstand harsh environments. The shape with 23.7-degree slope can prevent rain/snow accumulation. These feature SP230-S5 especially suitable for rural area.
