Community Engagement

Since its inception, Z-COM has adhered to the principles of "lean quality" and significance. While pursuing sustainable business operations and profitability, we also transform our corporate profits into caring for society and fulfilling our corporate social responsibility. Our philosophy revolves around the idea of "taking from society, giving back to society," and our corporate culture is centered on "people-first" principles.

We have established a "Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation Task Force" within our administrative management unit. This task force evaluates various charitable activities or initiatives based on the needs of social welfare organizations or the content of philanthropic activities. We gather the love and contributions from our company and employees, providing substantial assistance in terms of manpower, financial donations, or material sponsorship. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on the world that is closely related to us, working towards changing it for the better. 

Social Engagement Philosophy

We uphold the spirit of providing timely assistance to those in need, actively caring for over 200 vulnerable groups, including children, people with disabilities, and those with injuries. We actively participate in various social welfare activities and place a strong emphasis on the rights and interests of stakeholders. We also prioritize environmental, social, and corporate governance issues, integrating them into our company's management policies and operational activities. This approach is aligned with our goal of sustainable business operations, and we aim to contribute to society by assisting the underprivileged. We hope that our actions can inspire others to join us in spreading kindness and warmth throughout society.

Through our long-term commitment and efforts, the Administrative Management Department and Welfare Committee at Z-COM regularly organize philanthropic activities. We have also placed two donation boxes near our company's reception desk, making donation channels more diverse and encouraging acts of kindness. We aim to put our philanthropic activities into practice and amplify their impact in society.
