User endpoint starting its service traffic after authentication will trigger accounting and the accounting packets are originated periodically from WLC to Radius server. The following events will stop the UE accounting process:
． UE dissociates from thin AP
． UE idle timeout in WLC
． UE session timeout in WLC
． Radius disconnects UE
