Z-COM Remote Live Demo Program

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is continuing its spread around the world. As the number of confirmed cases and deaths increase rapidly, many countries have imposed entry restrictions to prevent COVID-19 from further spreading.

To overcome the inconvenience caused by COVID-19, Z-COM, Inc. (Z-COM) launches a Remote Live Demo Program to introduce Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) + Access Point (AP) solution. Z-COM WLC is able to centrally manage and configure thousands of APs for multiply remote sites that save a lot of time and improve network management efficacy. This program through cross-platform remote video interaction allows customers to learn about Z-COM’s products and applications including learning system structure, installation settings, interface and operating device online.

• Arrange training courses of network configuration to help customers' IT personnel in practice

• Operate Z-COM’s WLC+AP and experience the performance

• Assist PoC (Proof of concept) with real-time engineers support

Although face-face communication with clients becomes difficult because of the global pandemic of COVID-19, it cannot diminish Z-COM's passion for serving customers.
