「SP230-S5 Outdoor AP」 is awarded as TAIWAN EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2023

The Taiwan Excellence Awards were established by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 1993. Every year, eligible candidates are subjected to a rigorous and stringent selection system that covers four major aspects of “R&D”, “Design”, “Quality” and “Marketing” to identify outstanding products that offer “Innovative Value” while satisfying the key criterion of being “made in Taiwan”. Z-COM outdoor wireless access point SP230-S5 stood out in the competitive selections and won the award 2023.  Z-COM has been dedicated to R&D wireless networking solutions and high quality product manufacturing.   It is of great significance that Z-COM can be recognized and affirmed by the judges for its innovative value and strict quality design. The product position of SP230-S5 is very clear that as an outdoor access point for remote areas with extreme weather conditions. The product has high transmit power for long distance and supports multiple clients based on MU-MIMO technology. It can be deployed easily for the PoE out function and can be centrally managed by Wireless LAN controller. Moreover, it has low power consumption which benefits the remote areas with insufficient infrastructure. SP230-S5 is used to deployed in mountain slope where has no/ less wired or fiber infrastructure, outdoor solar plants and traffic surveillance. It is suitable for the last mile or backhaul CPE to make up network transmission and meet the demand for video transmission (big data flow) in remote areas or developing countries.
